Cancellation Policy

When canceling or rescheduling an appointment, a 72-hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 75% charge. Deposits are non-refundable and may be transferred only once. (ex. if you reschedule more than once, another deposit will need to be paid). Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 25 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and charged 100%.
